As women, we have a tendency to overextend ourselves. Over-commit. Overwork. To just do too much. In our effort to be the perfect mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, boss, chef, artist, baker… we run ourselves ragged, putting everyone else’s needs before our own. No wonder being a woman is so exhausting.
